V-Day West LA is a benefit production of Eve Ensler’s “The Vagina Monologues,” as part of the V-Day Worldwide Campaign. The V-Day Worldwide Campaign invites communities around the world to present productions of “The Vagina Monologues” to raise money and awareness to stop violence against women and girls.
The V-Day movement is growing at a rapid pace throughout the world, in 76 countries from Europe to Asia, Africa and the Caribbean, and all of North America. V-Day campaigns around the world raise awareness and funds in local communities, and empower women to create a world free of violence.
The 'V' in V-Day stands for Victory, Valentine and Vagina.
