Ashleigh Sumner
Ashleigh, a native of North Carolina and a theatre graduate of Western Carolina University is happy to be returning to one of her favorite theatrical works The Vagina Monologues. Her television credits include NBC's Crossing Jordan, CBS' CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and The Locket along with appearances on the WB's Dawson's Creek. Her film work includes a lead role in the AFI short film Mother, which has received awards at the 2006 Cannes Film Festival along with wins at the Seattle International, and Florida Film Festivals.
Professional theatre credits include performances in Sunset Boulevard at the Hollywood Bowl and Casablanca at the Pantages both directed by Tony Award Winner Peter Hunt. Other professional credits include lead roles in Danny and the Deep Blue Sea, The Vagina Monologues, and Measure for Measure.
